The bootloader for this VM returned an error -- did the VM installation succeed? Unable to find partition containing kernel

新規VMをインストールしようとしたら、起動時にたまにこんなエラーが出るときがある。
そういう時は普通にスタートしてもこればっかりでるので、XenCenterの左ツリーで該当のVMを選択しておいて
上のメニューの「VM」＞「Start/Shutdown」＞「Start in Recovery Mode」を選択して起動するとよい。
